Real Reviews. Real Riders.

Don't gamble with your ride. We believe in absolute transparency. Pit-stops can't buy good reviews, and they can't hide bad ones.

The Rider Reputation Score

Not all reviews are created equal. On Rubbyside, every rider has a public profile that shows their garage, their logged rides, and their community presence.

A 5-star review from a veteran rider with 10 bikes in their garage and 50 logged rides weighs significantly heavier than a review from a brand new, empty account. We surface the reviewer's credentials right next to their opinion, so you can trust the source.

Ghost Stores vs. Claimed Stores

We empower riders to review *any* pit-stop, even if the business owner isn't on Rubbyside yet. If a rider adds a new mechanic to the database, we explicitly label it as an Unclaimed Ghost Store.

When a business owner steps up to claim their profile, they must verify their identity. Claimed stores demonstrate that the owner is actively listening to the community and taking accountability for their reputation.

No Pay-to-Play

Businesses cannot pay us to remove negative reviews. They cannot pay us to inflate their score. The Rubbyside Score is a pure mathematical aggregation of the community's voice. The only way for a pit-stop to improve their rating is to provide better service to the riders who walk through their doors.
