• Buyer & Seller Responsibility: The arrangement, cost, and risk of shipping or physically handing over an item is solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller. We strongly recommend meeting in person at a safe, public location.

2. No Liability

Because Rubbyside is not involved in the transaction or physical transfer of goods, we hold absolutely zero liability for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen items during transit.

3. Digital Goods & Subscriptions

Any digital goods, such as Crown Subscriptions or Ride Ready RSVPs purchased directly from Rubbyside, are delivered instantly to your user account upon successful payment verification. There is no physical shipping involved.
