Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Marketplace Transactions (User-to-User)

Rubbyside acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers of motorcycle gear and vehicles. We do not facilitate payments between users, nor do we act as an intermediary for transactions.

• No Refunds by Rubbyside: Because payments are handled directly between the buyer and seller outside of the platform, Rubbyside cannot issue refunds for marketplace purchases.
• Disputes: Any cancellation, return, or refund for an item purchased through a listing must be negotiated directly with the seller.

2. Ride Ready Events & Crown Subscriptions

For any direct purchases made to Matchitup Tech Pvt Ltd (such as premium Crown Subscriptions or Ride Ready event tickets):

• Subscriptions: Crown Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle.
• Event Tickets: Tickets for Ride Ready events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by Rubbyside, in which case a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
