3. Buyer Inspection Mandate

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect gear in-person prior to purchasing. Check for:

• Helmet shells for cracks, deep impact scratches, or loose EPS liners.
• Riding jackets and pants for frayed seams, worn slide areas, or compromised armor pockets.
• Riding boots and gloves for loose stitching or torn leather.
• Verification of manufacture date codes to ensure gear has not exceeded its service life (generally 5 years for helmets).

Any maintenance, mechanical, or safety gear advice shared by users in The Paddock (in posts or comments) is solely the opinion of the user. Rubbyside does not endorse user advice. Users must consult certified mechanics and professionals for their safety.

7. Social Interactions & Meetups

Rubbyside is not responsible for any disputes, harassment, or real-world incidents (such as group ride accidents or offline meetups) that result from social interactions or comments made on The Paddock.

8. Service Interruption

We do not guarantee the permanent storage of your ride logs or photos. If the servers crash or data is lost, Rubbyside cannot be held liable for the loss of digital memories or social data.
