Acceptable Use Policy

Rubbyside™ is a community dedicated to motorcycle enthusiasts in India. To keep our platform—including The Paddock and The Marketplace—safe, authentic, and valuable for riders, we enforce this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By using Rubbyside, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Content Standards

When creating listings or posting photos and comments in The Paddock, you agree that you will not post content that:

Is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or inflammatory.
Promotes violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
Promotes illegal street racing, reckless driving, or any other illegal activity.

2. Marketplace Integrity

The Marketplace is exclusively for pre-owned motorcycle gear. You agree not to:

List counterfeit or fake motorcycle gear (e.g., fake Arai, Shoei, AGV helmets). Counterfeit gear is dangerous and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
List items that are not motorcycle gear (e.g., cars, electronics, non-riding clothing).
Post spam, duplicate listings, or excessively manipulate the platform to gain visibility.

3. Enforcement and Moderation

Rubbyside reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, or edit User-Generated Content (UGC). We reserve the right to:

Remove or refuse to post any UGC for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
Take any action with respect to any UGC that we deem necessary or appropriate, including if we believe that such UGC violates this AUP.
Suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Rubbyside platform for any violation of this AUP.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or a user that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report the listing or contact our support team immediately. We take reports of counterfeit gear and abusive behavior extremely seriously.
